Upload files to Procedures in Help Desk

If we had the capability to upload files into the Procedures of Help Desk, it would save time. Sometimes we already have instructions on how to do certain tasks that are in PDF or Word files.

Under Manage Building Area can we get a return to list option?

There isn't a "Return to Manage Building Areas" list view like we have with assets and inventory. It would save a click if it were an option.

Can the mobile version have access to our saved filters?

Currently using a Samsung device and Google Chrome, so nothing crazy, but I don't have the ability to use any of my saved filters. As a person who LOVES my saved filters, I am lost when trying to access ML in the wild.

Mobile Screen Size Adjustment

The mobile version doesn't generate for the Samsung S24 Ultra due to it's large screen size and instead brings up the desktop browser version

Add a Knowledge Base

In our current Web Help Desk we use the FAQ section that we can link back to a work order even before a user put in a help desk ticket so can solve their own issue without waiting for help.

Be able to click "previous" or "next" inside work orders, inventory, assets, locations, etc.

When you are clicked inside a work order, an inventory item, an asset, a location, etc. it would be super helpful to be able to click a "previous" or "next" button at the top of the page and see the numerical or alphabetical wo/item/asset/location...
