ML Work Orders Ideas Portal
Priority tab level "High" is orange as is the tab for "PM's". Visually, it is confusing to differentiate one from the other. Is it possible to change the color of the tab for any PM's to it's own color separate from the priority levels of red, orange, yellow, and green? ML customer service advised the program does not currently have this as a feature, and highly recommends inputting this as a new idea in ML's Idea Portal.
Hi Mary, thank you for the idea submission, when you mention "tab" in your idea, do you mean the boxed-in area in my below screenshot?
If you are looking to differentiate PM work orders from regular work orders, you can create a saved filter with the "PM WO" column, it is a Yes/No field. Filtering to "Yes" and making that a saved filter can allow you to easily focus on a view that calls out PM work orders. Here is the support article that covers making saved filters.
