The notes that get added automatically to work orders that have been in one status for too long are showing up in the note history in the requestor view. Can you please make sure those notes stay internal? Requestors shouldn't be able to see our internal reminders.

We can consider doing something like an internal note checkbox for each auto status reminder so admins can configure if auto reminder notes should be internal or external. @Guest
