Note section Improvement to stop lose of notes

When filling in the "Notes" section of any work order, you should have to click on a button to enter a note and not be able to navigate away before pressing save.

My tech's are complaining that they enter copious notes but then fail to press the save button and then go to enter labor notes and lose all of their notes b/c they navigated away from the main page.
