Send completed ticket with note in one email

Currently when completing a ticket that has a note, the user receives a separate "completed" email and another email with the note. It would be much cleaner to have these combined into one email.

Ability to Merge WOs

I would like to be able to merge an existing ticket into a "parent" ticket, and have some sort of indicator that it's a merged ticket where a user can see the information from the other ticket if needed

Auto re-open a ticket when a user adds notes after it is closed.

We are not able to see in the system when a user adds notes after the ticket is closed. Without going to closed tickets and possibly see the "new notes" flashing. Is it possible when there is new notes to show it.

Be able to impersonate a person from the users list page

Being able to impersonate a person from the users list page instead of having to go into each person, scroll, down, and then impersonate them would save time, especially when you're having to go into multiple people in a row.

Page advance buttons at bottom of assets page

If you set the number of assets per page to 100, for example, when you get to the bottom of the list you could advance to the next page without having to scroll to the top of the current page.
