We keep getting a lot of "emergencies" that aren't really emergencies.
It would be helpful if when someone chooses "emergency" a pop up appeared with a message of the administrator's choosing.
So for example our district would choose our message to say something like the following:
"Are you sure your problem is an emergency? Emergencies are defined as safety, security, or utility outages. You will need to call Facilities after you submit this work order to report the issue as well."
Then they have the option to change their priority level or agree and then the work order is submitted.
We are hoping something like this would help deter people from using emergency priority inappropriately.

Let me know if this existing functionality meets your needs. -
In Settings -> Setup Items -> Work Order Tab (near the bottom of page),we have a setting called " Urgent Priority Message". This will display a pop-up of the message you enter every time someone adjusts the priority to "Urgent" on the work order form.
