This would be helpful especially for rooftop units as assets. Quite often these service more than one classroom or office. As it stands only one space can be assigned to an asset. Having this would help better track work, assets, and pms.

It would save a ton of time if you could add assets to a PM by the make or model number. Some assets get changed across the district by model type instead of by building.

For many of the vendors we have open PO's for annual purchases that stay open all year When in the WO we need to type the PO every time. At the end of the year we run a report to see totals.
