Auto Assign Custom Forms

Give Custom Forms the option of Auto Assigment. Custom Forms are usually specific and detailed WO for a Request Type, having the option of assigning those automatically to the correct person would be helpful to have.

Can the area to upload files to a work order "pop" more?

I get a lot of comments about the "related files" line of the work order form just blends into the rest of the form, making it easy to forget. And I can't really argue with that, as I am constantly passing it up. Can this "pop" more?

Having a customizable banner at the top of all ML pages we can update with info as needed.

So if we have something we need to communicate that a ton of people will go to ML to put a work order in, they would be able to see the banner and know it's a known issue. For example: phones are down or AC is out at a building.
