    Remove "Approved" email to requesters

    Requesters receive an "Approved" email when the work order is Assigned. They get confused by this thinking their request has been completed. Either eliminate the email or skip the "Approval" step when tickets are assigned.

    Show Item is on Back Order when Receiving Inventory

    If I am receiving an inventory item that is currently on back order I should be alerted of that on the receive inventory page. Need an easier option to fulfill those back order items requested when receiving that inventory into the system.

    Format Emails

    Similar to MLW-I-272, Having the ability to Format the email responses from notes. It would be great to have the ‘Completed’ email notification in a formal Closing Statement.

    Can we make Canned Responses optional?

    We have problems getting the maintenance workers to fill out genuine notes on work orders. My boss would like the option to turn off canned responses.

    What happened to the ability to give feedback? I miss that.

    Before we could give feedback on the staff. I miss giving good reviews for jobs well done, courteousness, and going the extra mile. Will this be added? or is it there, but hidden?
