Can the area to upload files to a work order "pop" more?

I get a lot of comments about the "related files" line of the work order form just blends into the rest of the form, making it easy to forget. And I can't really argue with that, as I am constantly passing it up. Can this "pop" more?

Having a customizable banner at the top of all ML pages we can update with info as needed.

So if we have something we need to communicate that a ton of people will go to ML to put a work order in, they would be able to see the banner and know it's a known issue. For example: phones are down or AC is out at a building.

Remove "Approved" email to requesters

Requesters receive an "Approved" email when the work order is Assigned. They get confused by this thinking their request has been completed. Either eliminate the email or skip the "Approval" step when tickets are assigned.
