Ability to add assets to a PM by make or model number.

It would save a ton of time if you could add assets to a PM by the make or model number. Some assets get changed across the district by model type instead of by building.

Allow annual blanket PO to be tied to a vendor

For many of the vendors we have open PO's for annual purchases that stay open all year When in the WO we need to type the PO every time. At the end of the year we run a report to see totals.

I think adding files to checking assets in and out would help to add the device agreements to email making sure the device agreement is able to be accessed by the user with the check-in date and to have the device agreement with the devices notes ...

Add a "Notes updated user" column to display the email address of the user that last updated the notes in a WO on all WO grids.

I'd love to see who updated the notes when I add "Notes Updated" to my columns so we can see who the last person that commented was on the work order without clicking on it.

Allow for RFID Asset Scanning

You can walk in a classroom and use the scanner and it will scan all assets in that room instead of needing to scan them individually. Great for finding lost or misplaced assets. Makes auditing assets in each room much easier

I would like the ability to have ML ID Numbers print in the one of the corners of the Asset QR code without taking one of the four optional fields.

For auditing purposes I would l Asset ML ID auto print when printing Asset QR Code labels without using up one of the four optional fields.
