Not super relevant for myself, but since this category is here and this has yet to be metioned. It would be cool to scan an item or barcode and find everything relevant to it within ML. Scanning an item could bring up relavant Inventory items or A...
Priority, purpose, problem type, and even procedure and budget code fields could be defaulted based on the user's typed description. Customers should have the option to turn this on and off, I think.
