Auto Cancel WO for Canceled Reservations

WOs generated by MLS should be canceled automatically if the reservation it corresponds to is Canceled or Deleted. It is not intuitive to have to manually cancel the reservation and try to hunt down the work order it goes with

Auto Complete for MLS Integration

For WO's generated for reservations, there should be an Auto Complete setting option for once the reservation date passes. There is no reason for it to remain open once date passes for the event.

Attach user name instead of just 'Admin User' when a WO is opened as a result of a Schedules Event

When a user completes a field while scheduling an event in ML Schedules that in turn opens a Work Order, that WO is always listed as created by the 'Admin User'. The name of the user who created the ML Schedules event should appear instead.
