Facilities Manager. Hoping to get color coded tabs for "Details, Files, Procedured, etc". Noticing staff is missing things like procedures, etc. They are still able to complete work orders without filling out procedures.
For work orders we can copy a request and make changes. (changes for services or dates) It would be helpful if we can copy a PM to submit multiple random dates to send out for additional dates.

PMs are only given minutes to complete I would like to give days
When a PM is assigned you can only assign minutes to complete the task. We have big buildings and some PMs require more time. I would like to be able to set the amount of time either in hours or days. Like give a custodian a week to complete the PM.
Make Procedures on PM work orders a required field for technician assigned to the work order
When I assign users a PM, is there any way to make it so that they must review the procedure, and check each step before being able to mark the work order complete? Also, when they click into the workorder can the default page within that workorde...
Make it so that the Procedure fields can be filled out one at a time, and make it so that if the info in procedural step is not updated by another user, the time and the user who originally completed the step is still marked down and is not overwr...
It would be great if you could generate multiple work orders for procedure steps. We add mandated inspection reports to our PMs and want to create work orders for each corrective action. At this time, you can only create one work order per step.
