    Add column "Assigned to Drawings" on Manage Assets page

    When a requestor responds to the ticket, it would be nice if that ticket was bolded or flagged so I know a response came in and needs to be looked at again.

    Auto generate work order report

    In the system we used prior, we had the capability to have a work order report auto-generate and e-mail (burst) out to any recipient (ie principal) to see what type of work orders their staff were submitting on a weekly basis.
