Need a way to import files & O&M's

If were tracking files per asset in another system, like Google for example, we have no way of importing these in mass into MLW. Our only option is to just upload these files asset by asset, which can take up a LOT of time.n.

“Date Assigned” title option listed on the work order details printout

This can ensure we know the date the work order was assigned by simply looking at the work order details printout.

Auto generate work order report

In the system we used prior, we had the capability to have a work order report auto-generate and e-mail (burst) out to any recipient (ie principal) to see what type of work orders their staff were submitting on a weekly basis.

Ability to duplicate a previous inventory order

I've gotten a few requests to be able to duplicate a previous inventory order to save time on very large orders that are placed regularly. Duplicate would pull the order together in the finalized "cart" page where you add location and description....

Ability to request inventory directly from work order

Instead of allowing technicians to add inventory to a work order and remove it from stock, we need to allow technicians to request inventory from the work order instead (they need to get approval).

It would be helpful for staff to upload videos of their tech issues. (i.e. Flashing screens, step-by-steps that lead into the issue, pages randomly refreshing, etc.) Typical formats - mp4 and mov.
