We are not able to see in the system when a user adds notes after the ticket is closed. Without going to closed tickets and possibly see the "new notes" flashing. Is it possible when there is new notes to show it.

Could the assigned to user be given the ability to see completion date please. Right now for them to be able to see it, I have to choose the option that all users see the completing date, giving the requesters the ability to choose the completion date, an option we don't want to give them.

Right now the maintenance team can't see when they are about to meet their deadline (the required completion date) so it's really difficult to prioritize their work orders.
