Add "Parts on Order" as a Work Order Status

We have used the status of HOLD to indicate parts or contracted services are needed. Once the parts are ordered or call for service has been placed being able to place the Work Order status to "Parts on Order" would allow for easier tracking.

Ability to name/re-name audits

It would be very useful to have a name for an audit, such as High School RTUs, rather than a date/time stamp. Currently, when I create an audit the only way to change the name is to submit (complete) the audit.
