Move Work Order General settings to Request Type level
Each department is different enough that we should have the freedom of leveraging all of the existing work order general settings for each specific request type
Assets to appear at the bottom of printed work order
It would be great if that on the print out of the work order, that I can see make, model, serial # for all associated assets on the work order because we forward these work orders to vendors and its very useful for them to have this info handy.

we have many vendors that are specific to either Tech or Maintenance/custodial so we would like to separate out specific vendors to make our users dropdown lists a bit more specific to their roles

Have first response times/first contact times based on Problem Types/Purposes
Want to be able to link first response times and contact times based on problem types that they can add to tickets. For example - "Thank you for submitting your work order, we typically respond to Electrical work orders within X days"
Add a "Notes updated user" column to display the email address of the user that last updated the notes in a WO on all WO grids.
I'd love to see who updated the notes when I add "Notes Updated" to my columns so we can see who the last person that commented was on the work order without clicking on it.

Have a better display of multiple emails in Work Order description
When I forward in a long email thread into MLW to create a ticket, it becomes very difficult to follow the email thread in the description field in MLW.
