Ability to have a start and end time when submitting a Work Order

it would be great to allow users to indicate a start time and end time when submitting a work order. This way we can utilize the calendar page to see the work orders. This can help us prioritize our work day and plan ahead.

Approval Path Add Field for Purpose

It would be useful to add a field in Approval Paths for Purpose. We could add an additional approval representative based on purpose then problem type to ensure it gets to the correct department and has all of the proper approvals.
